By registering for and participating in this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
   I understand that running and participation in this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or accidents. I voluntarily accept all risks associated with my participation.

2. Health & Fitness
   I confirm that I am physically fit, in good health, and capable of safely participating in this event. I have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.

3. Liability Waiver
   To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, I waive, release, and discharge the event organisers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and partners from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation in the event.

4. Personal Responsibility
   I agree to follow all event rules, safety instructions, and directions given by organisers and marshals.

5. Emergency Medical Treatment
   I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an emergency during the event.

6. Photography & Media
   I grant permission for photographs or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
   I understand that entry fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the organisers.

8. Agreement
   By completing my purchase and/or participating in the event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
